The Italian, currently under contract at Liverpool, sent a tweet out showing support for Raheem Sterling today, who scored on his debut for Man City in a pre-season match against Roma.

Sterling has become the most hated figure at Anfield in recent memory after his messy transfer to Manchester went public, leading many to brand the youngster as greedy and selfish.
